2. Online Purchases and Access
2.1 Product Access
When purchasing access to Sales University or other digital tools, services or products, access is granted per individual licence unless otherwise agreed.
2.2 Payment Terms
All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase or as agreed under invoiced terms.
2.3 Refunds
Due to the nature of digital content and training services, all purchases are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
3. Terms for Consulting and Team Training Customers
These apply to businesses purchasing custom training packages or enablement consulting services:
3.1 Scope of Work
The scope of any consulting engagement will be agreed in writing before the engagement begins. It may include training, delivery, workshops, sales process development, strategy sessions, and any other work agreed.
3.2 Fees and Payment
Consulting fees will be invoiced in accordance with the agreed proposal. Payment terms are upfront net 7 days unless otherwise specified.
3.3 Cancellation
Cancellations may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the agreed project value. Rescheduling is permitted subject to availability.
3.4 Confidentiality
We will treat your internal materials and business information as confidential. Likewise, we expect the same treatment for our IP and methodologies.
3.5 Use of Materials
Training decks, templates, and tools provided during consulting engagements are licensed for internal use only. Redistribution or resale is prohibited.
4. Terms for Sales University and Coaching Customers
These apply to individuals or teams engaging in live coaching, whether in person or online:
4.1 Sales University Platform
All training content and other materials and information are not to be shared with anyone else. If you are caught sharing content your membership will be immediately cancelled.
4.2 Active Membership
You will have access to all courses, resources and benefits while you have an active membership. You will lose access as soon as you stop paying for your membership.
4.3 Booking and Scheduling
Sessions must be booked via the provided booking system or directly via email. Slots are confirmed upon payment or contract agreement.
4.4 Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in the session being forfeited. Reasonable rescheduling requests will be accommodated where possible.
4.5 Confidentiality
All personal or commercial details shared during coaching are treated as confidential. No recordings or summaries will be shared externally without permission.
4.6 Conduct
We reserve the right to terminate a coaching relationship if there is any form of misconduct, abuse, or breach of agreed behavioural expectations.
5. AI Sales Assistants
5.1 Accessing the AI Sales Assistants
All AI Sales Assistants are hosted in our community app, [Circle.so](http://circle.so/) where you will find a course. Each lesson teaches you how to use each AI Sales Assistant which is built on the ChatGPT platform and may require you to have a paid account to use the AI Sales Assistants.
5.2 Conduct
We reserve the right to terminate your account if there is any form of misconduct, abuse, sharing links with non AI Sales Assistants customers or breach of agreed behavioural expectations.
5.3 - Usage
We can’t access the information you input into the AI Sales Assistants as this is hosted inside of your ChatGPT account which you require to access the AI Sales Assistants. Any information you put into the AI Sales Assistants is your choice and we are not liable for any consequences.
6. Use of Logos, Testimonials, and Customer Media
6.1 Testimonials and Attribution
Where clients or users provide written or recorded testimonials, we may publish them on our website or marketing materials with your name, role, and company, unless otherwise requested in writing.
6.2 Logos and Brand Use
Logos of client companies may be used on our website or materials to reflect satisfied customers, subject to permission granted directly or through testimonial provision. If at any time you wish your logo or reference to be removed, please contact us and we will remove it promptly.
6.3 Media and Imagery
No screenshots, recordings, or media involving your internal systems or likeness will be published without prior consent. Any supplied images or assets must have appropriate usage rights.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of this website or our products or services. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service delivered.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
